First let me say thank you for all of the outstanding support you’ve given. I learned a lot about running a Membership site from your forum.

Unfortunately though, in my case I was not able to make use of the s2Member Pro plugin. The functionality between s2Member and CCBill just didn’t go far enough. We talked about it in previous posts over on primothemes forums.

I have finally found another plugin I can use. Is it possible to be refunded or partially refunded? If so, who should I contact and how?

I went well over my 30 days, spending too much time trying to get things to work. As a result it looks like no refund is possible :(

In any case, your team is doing a great job. I’ll keep an eye on your future products. Thank you for all of the hard work and keep it up.
