Hello there; I’m looking for a solution that would allow me to establish a basic network of trust (later paid content acquisitions notwithstanding, on per-view or other bases, don’t know about that yet). I’m thinking, a registered user (starting with my humble self inviting people I trust with the information to disperse it responsibly) could send out invitations to eMail-adresses (not many, the point is that you actually _know_ the person you’re inviting well enough) and the invitation process would not necessarily require invitation codes but could the inviter’s (sender’s) email address as the invitation token instead. That way, anyone who is allowed in to see the more classified bits and pieces could him- or herself invite more people trusted by him- or herself, vouching with his or her good name that way, no complex code generation required. (The chain of relation could always be followed back upriver that way should the need ever arise.) Am I making any sense – or am I missing a very obvious flaw in that idea? Activate Net-Of-Trust could be an option for a membership level in s2member if not. Cheers – PP |
