I am still trying to get my coupons codes to display. I have tried everything explained in the forums – I am willing to pay someone who can help me fix this.

http://www.primothemes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=16411#p61787

I have even deactivated ALL plugins except s2member – and the coupon field is still not showing. How can the rest of the form work so well – but this one detail is missing?

I set this up on a dev server with the same theme and the same form and the coupon field works.

Dev Site (coupon field works): http://development.stickyalbums.com/member/?page_id=7
Live Site (coupon field not showing): https://www.stickyalbums.com/?page_id=2022

Same theme – same form short code:

[s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form level="3" ccaps="" desc="$1.00 USD / One year / non-recurring" ps="paypal" lc="" cc="USD" dg="0" ns="1" custom="www.stickyalbums.com" ta="0" tp="0" tt="D" ra="1.00" rp="1" rt="Y" rr="BN" rrt="" rra="2" accept="paypal,visa,mastercard,amex,discover,maestro,solo" accept_via_paypal="paypal" coupon="" accept_coupons="1" default_country_code="" captcha="0" /]

Hi Nathan,

Do you have any caching plugins installed? Also, can you try changing the template you’re using in the theme?

Thanks for that idea Bruce.

Just tried that also – and unfortunately still the same issue with all page templates.

Have you tried using the default TwentyEleven theme?

Your theme may be messing with the shortcode while parsing.

Please tell us how it goes.

So, what is different between the two installations? The dev version only has s2Member and the theme, right? Did you try the same with the main site? If so, what’s different? It’s hard to pinpoint this one…

Did you try re-installing s2Member in the main site, first deleting all the files via FTP and then re-upload? http://www.primothemes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=247

Thanks for your persistence working with me guys.

Like any fix that works I wish I would have tried that sooner – nonetheless – deleting and re-installing did the trick.
