Coupon Code field not showing in Paypal Pro

I am using s2member Pro for coupon codes. I have used a Paypal pro form shortcode, but no coupon code field is being displayed, I have added attribute ‘accept_coupons=”1″‘ to form short code, but no use…

I have also deleted plugin file via FTP and again uploaded the files but no use…
Please tell me what should i do…
