Create a Module Course

Hello,

I will like to use s2member to teach a course. Before I buy it I wanted to know how do I make a new lesson appear in their members area once a week? ( These are paid members) All the lessons will be a post. For example if they were to sign up on a Monday,how do I make a new lesson appear every Monday?

Can I even use s2member to create a course module? If so how do I do so?

What do you mean by “course module”?

Thanks. When I said course module I mean I wanted to use s2memebr to teach a course and I wanted my students to have access to the information on a weekly basis. I wanted to prevent them from seeing the lesson until the following week.

How would I do that? Do I just put all the studnets on a level one membership and do the content dripping that way?

I guess my question is how do I set up s2member so that I can teach my course and make s2member automatically send them the next lesson in their forum weekly? I don’t want them to have access to the lesson ahead of time.

Yeah, you’d do it with content dripping as described in the documentation I pointed to earlier. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Content Dripping[/hilite]

With your own customizations, you can take the current dripping to more advanced levels, but it’ll require that you custom code it.

In coming versions, after the next major release or s2Member Pro, dripping will be possible in much more powerful ways. So look forward to that, but the current version supports what’s in the documentation.
