Credit Card images not showing up in pro form

I cannot see the credit card images in the s2member pro form under Billing Method. The form and the PayPal interface work fine. I am able to submit the form and pay (I am using the PayPal sandbox).

I have been struggling with this for two days. I have scanned through the forums and uninstalled and reinstalled WordPress a couple of times. Right now I am running bare bone WordPress installation in my preview website (www.bayareatamilmanram.org.previewdns.com).

I have created a pro form under the sample page (go to the website and select sample page from the menu). I have not installed any other plug-in. I also installed s2Member-check-my-server.php and verified that everything is configured correctly on the server.

I have tested it in IE, Safari, and Chrome. But no luck. Please help.

That’s very strange! In a completely default installation it shouldn’t have this problem.

Are you also using WordPress’ default theme? That would be Twenty Eleven, with which were sure it doesn’t cause any problems.

Wordpress installation was using defaul them of Twenty Twelve. I just changed it to Twenty Eleven. I have not done any customization of the theme. Still no luck.

I have also tried the page on different devices (my HP and Dell laptops, iMac, and my iPad). Still the images are not showing up.

I have not enabled SSL on my server since it is only a development server and I am in the process of building the site.

I am able to display the image at the following location: http://www.bayareatamilmanram.org.previewdns.com/wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro/images/visa-card.png

I have run out of ideas now. Please help. Thanks.

I see. Well I’m not sure what else you could try. Best to wait for a support rep to help out here. :)

It took me only two days to figure out my mistake :-)

I did not set up Settings->General->WordPress Address URL correctly. It was not pointing to the preview URL.

Thanks to Jason’s sticky note Don’t mix WWW and without! This is what gave me the idea to double check this address. Problem solved!
