Hello,

I know I have asked before but still trying to set up the structure for my website. I saw the videos and yes each Membership has a Custom Capability that I can customize so that means that I can have hundreds on combinations with just using Membership Level #1 but here is what I am trying to set up…….

I currently offer 6 different services for my website. I wanted to have the option of having my customers choose what services they want to subscribe to. However, I wanted to setup different price tiers for choosing the service.

Here is what I mean…

There are 3 different tiers that I want to provide. Let’s call them Basic, Intermediate, Pro but each will have the option of choosing the 6 different services. We will call those A,B,C,D,E,F

Customer Jane Doe wants the Intermediate package and chooses C,E
James Doe wants Pro and receives A,B,C,D,E,F (that one is easy)
Jerry Doe wants Intermediate and wants B,C
Jim Doe wants Basic and only can choose one A
Johnathan Doe wants Intermediate and wants D,E

and so on and so forth..

How would I go about doing this? Would I have to manually go to each customer’s profile and customize
their CCaps to access to their pages?

Also want if Jane Doe wants C,E then wants A,F later…

Any thoughts or ideas I would greatly appreciate.

Thanks

Hi Johnny.

That could be done. You may need a two-step process. In the first step the person chooses the tier and, if he can choose, what options. Submitting that would take him to the second step, which would be the pro-form/button, generated based on his previous choice. This article may help: Knowledge Base » Using variables in a shortcode

Also want if Jane Doe wants C,E then wants A,F later…

You could sell an upgrade to Pro that’d include them and all the rest, or you could sell the additional ccaps to be added to his current ones, using an Individual Capability pro-form or button.

I hope that helps. :)
