Hi, We have added a custom field to the registration form. It works fine for a new registrant, but when someone upgrades from a free account to paid, the custom field doesn’t appear. My guess is that you recommend we make it a mandatory field? However this won’t work for us, it needs to remain optional and appear in the pro form when they upgrade to a paid subscription. Thanks. |
