I have a site that need some additional information when member decide to join. Is it possible to add custom fields at join page?

Some of my existing members are not up to date with computer technology(another way of saying I don’t want to put my paypal/CC card for your site). They prefer sending check. Is it possible to extends their membership manually when we receive their check?

If you have articles for above question, please let me know. Thanks..

Hello Tun,

Yes to both of your questions.

You can add custom fields to the registration form under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Registration/Profile Fields.

And yes you can extend the user’s EOT (End Of Time) when you receive a check. You would simply go to edit that user’s info in the WP dashboard and you would change s2Member’s EOT field.

However to implement the users sending you checks, they would have to do it manually, you can’t have s2Member do anything about it automatically.
