Hello,

I added two custom fields for billing info. I was set “Applicable Membership Levels” 2,3,4 for that two fields, So it will appear only on paid plan.

My payment option is only Paypal no any credit card. (We Accept PayPal®)

But now the problem is , if first time i was register with free plan (Level 1) . As per my setting those two fields only for paid plan so in free registration page i was not ask for that. But now if i want to upgrade my plan and i want that custom fields on my upgrade form as i was not fill up that fields which are required for me for paid plan.

It shows me on paid plan but if i am not register with any plan before means only registration.

How could i display those custom fields on my upgrade field.

Let me know how can i achieve such.

Thanks
Rakesh

Hi Rakesh.

Those are profile fields, and will be shown in the pro-form when there’s a registration, but an upgrade doesn’t involved the profile, it’s just payment. If you need the person to fill those fields after an upgrade, you should send the person to his profile to fill them out.

You could use the success attribute to show the person a page where you ask him to do it and add a profile form right there using the shortcode for it. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Member Profile Modifications[/hilite]

[hilite pre_code][[s2Member-Profile /]][/hilite]

I hope that helps. :)
