Custom Post Types

Hello

I’m using WooThemes and WooCommerce on my site. I’d like to be able to protect certain products that I’m selling so that only my member can view them. Woo uses Custom Post Types and Categories for this.

I’ve tried protecting both my Products and Categories using s2, but it will not protect them.

So my question is, is it possible to protect custom post types? If so, how can I do this?
