Custom Profile Field Gone/Settings Reset

Hi, we have had the S2 Member plugin up and going for several months and have been using a custom profile field to a automatically populate a hidden field in Gravity Forms. As of today, the first time we’ve noticed it, the custom field is no longer there. On the plugin options page the field is completely gone as is all options for it. Is there a way to retrieve this? Why did it disappear? This is a major problem for us as it is essential to some aspects of the site. Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.

On further investigation it looks as though all of our settings have been reset and/or are gone. There has been no manual reset of them by any person, so why did this plugin lose all of its custom settings? Anyway to return them?
