Hi,

I know this might not be the right forum for this question but I have no other way of reaching you. I need support but I cannot post any new topic in customer support forum. Even if I log in, I still get a message saying : «You cannot create new topics here». Can you please help me ?

The account you’re using to make this post is a free account, in order to post in the customer support forums you need to have paid for the pro version, and in effect, have a paid account.
