I am presently using the free version (or would do if I could get it to work). I have tried posting my problem on the Community Forum without result. I cannot see the answer on the Customer Support Forums. Is the only access to support via purchasing the upgrade ? Thanks.

Hello Peter,

Yes, the only way to receive customer support is if you have a pre-sale question, or if you have the paid version of s2Member and you post in the customer support forum.
