Customize, "Divide" registration form

Hello,
How I can “divide” the s2member form?
I have the s2member-pro plugin and I´ll customize the PayPal Pro Free registration form.
In my site I offer events in different towns, for different ages and in different dates. The people who will participate in an event first:
1 choose town = first page
jumping to the second page (with additional information)
2 choose date= second page
jumping to the third page(with another information..)
3 choose age=third page
The information inputted in each page are saved and appeared in the next page. The last page contained all information and the user complete the form with his name, email and username!.
