Customizing Registration Form/Profile Fields

Hello,

I’m trying to customize the Registration Form/Profile fields to replicate the behavior found on another website’s registration form. I’ve attached a screenshot of the styling I’m trying to replicate below:

Is there any way that I can wrap the checkboxes in table html elements so that I may stylize my form similarly to the screenshot I’ve attached?

Also, is there any way that I can make the form display 2 drop-downs under one heading? (e.g. as per my screenshot, I’d like to have 2 drop-downs under “Monday”, 2 drop-downs under “Tuesday”, etc.)

About the drop-downs, I don’t know… It doesn’t look easy to do with just CSS, maybe adding some JavaScript… But I’m guessing you’ll need to customize the actual code that generates the pro-form.

But the custom profile fields part has a replacement code that s2Member replaces with the HTML for the fields, so they’re not available in the template… Maybe, once you created the profile fields and displayed them once in a pro-form, you can copy the HTML generated for them, and enter that in your customized pro-form, but layed out the way you want them.
