The issue is that once our user is logged in (after being demoted) they go to purchase a new subscription. They fill everything out normal and then get and error message that they did not answer the question. The weird part is that there is no question to answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I did go through numerous posts on the forum, but did not find a place that addressed this issue. |
