detailed profile form to collect data

Hello, I would like to collect data on profiles of members about their skills, years of expertise, their ranking of their skill level, as well as a few other items. Can this be done through s2Member, and if so, is there any tutorial about how I could accomplish this…

Hello KH,

You can add extra fields to the registration, so the user is required to put in that extra info you setup. You can find it under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Registration/Profile Fields. It is also available in the free version so you can check it out before buying the pro version. :)

My only remaining question is whether s2Member will enable several fields that relate to each other, i.e.:

Person One

SKILL # years SPECIALTIES SKILL LEVEL

Accounting 20 yrs CPA 10

Strategic Planning 6 yrs CPA 9

Or can I only collect a list of fields

Currently s2Member doesn’t support this feature, but you could implement this through a little creative JavaScript. If you’d like to send us a link to your signup page, we may be able to point you in the right direction.
