I just switched from MagicMembers to S2Members. MagicMembers had way to many bugs and with every new release new bugs were introduced.

Anyway, I used MagicMembers “pay-per-post” functions which means that members can signup for free (level #0 subscription in S2M I Guess) and as they wish can pay to open a specific post. After having payed, the post will be available for them during the subscription period.

Does S2Member support this same kind of functionality? If yes, where can I find more information about this?

Kind regards,

Wim Dijkgraaf

Beside if you are running a Blog WP for exemple you can turn the post open to all whitout allowing it a special level – it will show in the timeline and that’s PPP wants :)

Hi Wim. :)

No, pay-per-post is not something that’s availble in s2Member yet. This may be possible in a future release, probably in the next major release which may be in a couple more months, but I’m not sure yet.

If you’re in a rush, it may be possible for a freelance developer to hack this into your s2Member installation, after all, s2Member has its source code open to allow customizations. Here’s the source code documentation: http://www.s2member.com/codex/
