How is s2Member compliant with the MailChimp Terms of Use, which say that MailChimp forbids affiliate marketers?

In other words, if I were to ask my s2Member-hosted members to become affiliates to recommend my membership, why would this not violate the MailChimp Terms of Use?

Search for “Affiliate marketers” at http://mailchimp.com/legal/terms/ to see why I ask.
