I am trying to download a file but it never starts. I am using this code:

<a><p style="text-align: center"><span style="font-size: xx-large;font-family: arial black,avant garde"><strong>Download HERE Now</strong></span></p></a>

Where the user clicks on the “Download HERE Now” and the system looks like it is going to start download but nothing happens.

I says on the bottom of my browser: it is waiting for dl???????? cloudfront.net but nothing happens I have waited aver 30 min and still nothing.

Please I would be very grateful for any help at all.
