We are in the process of building out of PayPal pro forms and have setup a few sandbox test accounts

Error #11586. DPRP is disabled. DPRP is disabled for this merchant.

We have everything setup correctly with our sandbox accounts (so we believe…) and posted a few topics on the the Paypal forum. We noticed that you used to have to have the sandbox accounts upgraded to enable subscriptions, but I’m not sure if this is needed anymore. Can anyone help us out?

Hi Seth,

This is normally caused when you’re using recurring payments and you don’t have recurring payments enabled on PayPal.

Bruce,

This is in a sandbox account though.

Seth, I’ve seen extra complications added when testing using the Sandbox.

If possible, it’s much better to test with the live account, doing 1 cent transactions, it’s much closer to the real thing. Once you have those working without trouble, you finally test a transaction with the actual amounts you’ll charge the customers.

Remember to have logging enabled, so we can consult the entries in the logs when something seems to not be working. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details -› Logging[/hilite]
