I have s2member set up to accept open registrations, but is there a way to automatically notify the member once I’ve manually upgraded their account?

Hello Michael,

Currently s2Member doesn’t have this functionality I believe. You will need to either send the email manually, or make a simple script that notifies the user when he’s upgraded.

I don’t know anything about coding…How hard would it be to make a script that notifies a user upon account upgrade?

Not very hard I believe, you can probably base your code out of this hack by Bruce: http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/setting-up-eot-notifications/
