I just switched from the ‘Free registration’ Page to the paid Pro form using Authorize.net.
I’m not in sandbox. It’s live.
I loaded Email Log plug-in.

Users do receive:
• Authorize.net Order confirmation
• Username/Password

I’m am no longer receiving:
• ‘Administrative: New User Notification’ email’s. ’email log plug in’ shows it was sent but I never receive it.

I also have plug-in ‘Welcome Pack’. These emails are no longer being sent out since switching from the free buddypress user registration page to the paid Pro form.

What happened?

Hi Dean.

Could you post the log entries for the transaction that had the problem? (x’ing out any private info, e.g. email address) [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Authorize.Net® Options -› Account Details -› Logging[/hilite]

It’d be good to test for a plugin conflict somewhere. You can do this deactivating other plugins one by one, and testing after each to see if the problem goes away.
