I’ve uploaded several hundred users through CSV.

How do I know send them an email with their username and email address, and a message to welcome them to the new site?

Hi Chris.

The import tool doesn’t email users on import to avoid problems, since it handles so many names at once, a single mistake could cause lots of trouble.

You could probably look for a WP plugin that lets you email your users.
