Initially when I brought members over from Wild Apricot all of their levels were added. However, the members don’t have an EOT. So, how can each membership have a specific subscription duration added for each level. Or does this have to be done manually? The EOT is only being added for the members that have joined with S2Member. Thank you

You can do it manually by editing each user or if you know mysql, you could probably run a few statements in phpmyadmin to take care of it, depending on what exactly you need. Otherwise, manually is the only way to do it. Dave

How do I add the term of the subscription for each level so that the EOT is added upon registration? Thank you!

Mike, when it’s a subscription, the EOT time will be added to the profile when PayPal notifies s2Member that the subscription was ended. But with buy-now transactions the EOT time is set immediately.
