Hi,

Here’s my form:
http://www.coachingsitekit.com/1pay/

I have error logging enabled for authorize.net
I looked, but no clues to me.

I’m getting error 103.

Please advise. Thanks!

Hello Kenn,

Could you please share the relevant log entries from all the log files (including those that have “paypal” in the file name) so that we may take a look at them? Remember to X out any sensitive/private info. ;)

Or you can submit your site’s info through the contact form so we can take a look directly. s2Member® » Private Contact Form

I looked up that error code for Authorize.Net and found this: http://www.authorize.net/support/merchant/Transaction_Response/Response_Reason_Codes_and_Response_Reason_Text.htm#101

103
This transaction cannot be accepted.
A valid fingerprint, Transaction Key, or password is required for this transaction.

Do you get the error with all transactions or only some and the rest go through just fine? Did you verify your Authorize.Net integration is all correct? [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Authorize.Net® Options[/hilite]

Have you asked Authorize.Net about it?

Hey guys,

I posted the error logs here:
http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/log-files/

I did not try paypal yet, so we can forget paypal issues for now.

Cristian, I didn’t ask authorize.net about error 103, I thought that error code was
coming from s2member – i assumed so. Thanks for that list of error codes.

Can you tell me what you see from my error log? I don’t see anything useful.

I’m looking into the error you quoted above (thanks).

Kenn
