Error 25

Been getting these from a few people. Here is one note I received: So I did retype my password on the second line and submitted and it replied there was an error, #25 in processing, try again. I submitted again, and again, and again. Same reply came up each time. So I exited out and started over from the home page. Put all the information in again. Chose a new password, without numbers this time, and it had a problem in processing again, same reply…#25??? IDEAS???

Unfortunately, it was on the users end an I don’t believe they know. I can’t replicate. Any ideas? realdetroitmuscle.com/join

I see. It’d be good to see the screenshot. :/ Is this happening with a single customer, everyone, or random ones? If the latter, can you find in common?
