When processing a payment via the Authorize.net pro form, I get this error: “Error #34. The VITAL identification numbers are incorrect. Call Merchant Service Provider.”
We have correctly entered our API informatoin into the s2member settings page. Any reason why this would not be working?

Have you contacted your Merchant Service Provider (the people who issued the merchant account) about this?
