Error #7 MAXFAILURES cannot exceed TERM

I’m getting this error from my first customer.This error was addressed in an earlier post however the person didn’t say how they fixed their error.

….actually, does this have to do with the free trial being 7 days rather than one week?

We received details from you, but it appears that the User login you gave us access to does not have permissions for the WordPress Dashboard. See screenshot.

Just added it… ‘ ps=”paypal” ‘ seems to be the only difference between the two codes. I wonder how that got left out? I checked my other short codes from here

…they both include ‘ps=paypal’ but users said they got the same error. Any ideas?

The differences between the shortcode you posted and the one I gave you are that I changed 7 days to 1 week and I turned off the reattempt failed payments directive (i.e. set rra to 0).

I’ll see if I can mess with Paypal sandbox and see if that corrects the problem. Did something go wrong when I generated the shortcode?

I believe you’re getting this error because of the rra attribute. You generally don’t want to allow failed payments when you’re using a non-recurring subscription. Based on the error you got I believe that’s the issue.
