Hi, I have a problem on my site, if a user try to pay when he click on Paypal it give an error.
I try to use Server Scan and it give me this problem:

[ERROR] cURL Extension / Or fopen() URL
One or more HTTP connection tests failed against localhost.
Cannot connect to self over HTTP — possible DNS resolution issue.
Can’t connect to: http://ratings.ippicauk.com

My provider say me:

“both settings reported by the page are active. The page complains about the inability to connect to the URL http://ratings.ippicauk.com

, Which of course is not possible because its Web site is properly visible. You may, however, be some other type of audit failure or an inability to connect to a specific page on the site used as verification.

I don’t know how to resolve this problem.
