Hi – I’m building a new site with Optimize v2.0 and using the AWS S3/CF integration. The S3/CF config seemed to work properly with all the various access keys and codes, pk pem file etc. . When I use the shortcode for the test file (which is in my S3 bucket)

[s2Stream player="jwplayer-v6-rtmp-only" player_path="/jwplayer/jwplayer.js" file_download="video.mp4" /]

on a page, JW player appears, but I get the message “Error Loading Stream – ID not found on server”. I adjusted the “Content type” in the metadata section for the sample video.mp4 file to “video/mp4” – hasn’t helped.

Tried uploading the test video.mp4 file again to S3 in case of a bad upload first time, but no joy.

I also don’t seem to be able to get a download URL link to work using the just the S3 bucket

http://www.mysite.com/?s2member_file_download=video.mp4 – I get an error message “can’t load file” – gives me

an option to download it, but that goes nowhere.

Many thanks for any help on this!
