Can you assist me with the following error message:

503: Service Temporarily Unavailable
Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!
Please contact Support if you need assistance.

How can I fix this and what is causing it?

Hello Carl, thanks for your inquiry.

This is caused by the Unique IP Access Restrictions, which can be found under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› Unique IP Access Restrictions.

In order to reset them, you can do it globally with the button in the restriction options above, or you can do it with each user, by going under WP Admin -> Users -> All Users -> the user in question, and then, under the s2Member section of the user info (almost at the bottom) you will see a “Reset IP Restrictions” checkbox, check it and save the changes to the user.
