The last time this happened, I found a bad plugin. I deactivated it and deleted it. Now I am getting the same error again.

The files download just fine, but when you try to open them, I get the following error:

“An attempt was made to move the file pointer before the beginning of the file.”

The backup files on my computer work just fine.

Any idea on how I can fix this? Honestly I am clueless. Thanks.

It sounds like either the file got corrupted on upload, or there is a network error somewhere. Could we take a look? You can send the information here:
