Errors After Purchasing & Uploading S2Pro

I think I have some sort of conflict with the theme I’m using and the pro version of s2Member.

Only when I upload the Pro folder/files into the plugin folder do I get the following toward the header of the home site:

This s2member worked absolutely fine as the free version, but we wanted a less clunky registration and Paypal workflow which the pro version seemed to indicate was possible.

This site is a buddypress site in development.

That error you posted seems to point directly at your theme, could you please try changing your theme to WordPress’ default (TwentyEleven) and see if it works?

Deactivating Buddypress and moving back to WordPress Twenty Eleven theme has the same errors.

Only when I remove the Pro version of S2 does everything return to normal.

When I deactivate other plugins, nothing improves and I get this:

Very odd.

Could you try doing a plugin compatibility test? Simply disable all the plugins and if the problem disappears, then enable them one-by-one until it appears again.

I’ve just tried again with this:

Disabled ALL plugins.
Activated Twenty Eleven (latest version) Theme
Re-installed latest version of WordPress for within “Updates”

No problem at this point.

Uploaded the latest version of S2 Pro/Framework
Activated that plugin ONLY

Immediately I get :

Just upload it to your main WordPress directory, and then open it in a browser.

It seems you have a space or newline before the opening PHP tag in api-functions.inc.php which, by the way, is has a ._ preceding the filename in your error, but the file should just be api-functions.inc.php.
