EU VAT – Feature Request

Hi,

In order to handle the complexities of EU Vat I could do with the following features to save having to change the source code.

• Filters/Hooks into paypal_cost to allow correct VAT calculations in EU
• Method to get custom fields from the paypal pro forms though to the ajax calls into paypal_cost (EU Vat Number)

Basically I need to tell the paypal_cost function to calculate the Vat correctly based on whether the customer is a member of an EU country and whether they are an individual or Vat registered.
