Expiring of registration email link

Hello everyone

As soon as a new member pays and payment is cleared, they receive a email with a link that takes them to the website, where they can register a username. However, some members pay via eCheque and that takes up to 7 days to clear. By the time they receive the registration email, the link inside it has expired. I have checked this more that a few times and it is a fact.

Now, my question is, why does the link expire (almost after 2 days)? Is there any way to avoid this? is there a way to change the expiration to many more days?

TinyURL sometimes has problems… You could try another URL shortening service. Here’s where you change that: [hilite path]WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> URL Shortening[/hilite]
