I cant seem to figure out how to export member data to include member expiration data? I need to be able to track this so we can reach out to members prior to expiration. Please help.

Hi Bryan.

The EOT time is not available to s2Member unless the access was purchased with a one-time payment (i.e. buy-now), because subscriptions just keep going until cancelled. For subscriptions, the EOT time is set when the payment gateway notifies s2Member that it ended.

The user’s CSV you export with s2Member includes a column for the Auto-EOT Date
so, if the user has a time set for EOT, it’ll be shown there. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Import/Export -› User/Member Exportation[/hilite]
