Exporting S2Member Custom Profile Fields

Dear Christiàn,

in your post #19608 dd. July 18th 2012 you are stating that “s2Member doesn’t export every custom profile field configured in s2Member, only the fields the user has a value for, so the number of fields for each row will vary”.

That makes exported data useless for further analysis in EXCEL, because contents of different columns get mixed (in my humble opinion).

You also say that “We’ll be changing this in the new s2Member to a more standard format, with a column for each field, regardless or it being empty or not.”

We are desperately looking for a solution. When can we expect the export function to function as expected?
