Two members complained they received the following message:

503: Service Temporarily Unavailable
Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!
Please contact Support if you need assistance.

I reset the login restrictions for the site and then after I did that the site went blank. I removed s2member from the plugin folder and it went live again. Somehow, the site goes blank every time I try to activate the s2member framework plugin.

Help please. My site is in maintenance mode now because all of the member content is unprotected without the s2member plugin

Hello Edward, thanks for your inquiry.

You might want to trying reinstalling s2Member, from zero, and see if that works.

Tell me how it goes. :)

Installing s2member again does not work. I may have to delete settings, which would be a real pain.

Hi Edward.

Could you try the hack Jason suggests here to disable the protection temporarily so you can gain access again? http://www.primothemes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=15784#p52446

And then adjust your setting so it allows more IP addresses. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› Unique IPs[/hilite]

I hope that helps. :)
