File Download Always Redirects to Members Opt

Hi,

I need some help please. Have just loaded the s2member Secure File Browser plugin and have followed the setup and made a access-s2member-level0 folder and then loaded a file into it. I have uploaded the short code [s2member_secure_files_browser/] onto http://www.crewpass.com.au/test and even when I am logged in as the admin and a level 0 member each time I click on the file link I get redirected to the membership options page.

I found this post http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/download-issue-always-redirects-to/ and have tried everything in it but I am still not able to get the file to download. I have also setup all download options as per the s2member training videos.

Can anyone help. The next thing I was going to try was turning off all my plugins.
