My S2Member form is not working. I get and error when I click on registration and the form does not show when I click on Registration link in the S2Member backend. I have created a ReCaptcha Keys but I don’t see any place ro added it accept for my form I created in Formidable Forms.

I looks like another plugin or your theme have changed the login page to another one?
