Free Level above level 1

I will have to classes of Members:
1- Consumer
2- Business

Consumer 1 level only – access to all pages except Business tools

Business Levels
1-Free – Access to certain business tools
2-1st paid level – additional tools
3- 2nd paid level – additional tools

Can I set the free level (business free) to level 2 and have the consumer level be level 1?
This would be done so the Consumer level would not have access to any business tools.

Keep in mind that levels give incremental access, so the Business levels would have access to the Consumer content protected at Level 1.

if that’s not good enough, you can either edit the s2Member Level roles, or you can use custom capabilities instead. Video » s2Member (Custom Capabilities)

Yes, this is definitely possible with s2Member Pro. You can have as many Free levels as you need.
