free subscriber issue with website

Im using S2 Member with paypal proforms for a shopping website at http://www.wholesalebc.com. I have a monthly membership plan as level 1 with a 25.00 payment and 25.00 monthly membership payment every 30 days. Several members have sign up with an issue but every once in a while I’ll get a member signed up as a free subscriber although I’m not offering that on the site. The money still come thru in paypal but they are listed as a free subscriber. Im trying to figure out what might be the cause of that.

The money still come thru in paypal but they are listed as a free subscriber. Im trying to figure out what might be the cause of that. It’s possible this is happening due to a connection failure that only happens sometimes. Do you have logging enabled? See: Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Log Files (Debug) -› Logging Configuration
