I am using the following shortcode when people register.

[s2Member-Pro-AuthNet-Form level=\”1\” ccaps=\”\” desc=\”$28 USD / 3 Month Membership Subscription\” cc=\”USD\” custom=\”chiccritiqueforum.com\” ta=\”0\” tp=\”0\” tt=\”D\” ra=\”28\” rp=\”3\” rt=\”M\” rr=\”1\” accept=\”visa,mastercard,amex,discover\” coupon=\”\” accept_coupons=\”0\” default_country_code=\”US\” captcha=\”0\” success=\”http://chiccritiqueforum.com/thank-you-for-joining\” /]

It works most of the time, but occasionally, the person gets signed up as a Free Subscriber instead of a Level 1 Subscriber. They do not have a Paid Subscriber ID in their user profile and I do not get a payment email, however their subscription is set up ok in authorize.net. Any idea why?

Hi Lisa. Yes, very strange indeed.

Your Shortcode looks fine. I would suggest that you enable s2Member’s logging routines for Authorize.Net. If you go into your Dashboard under: s2Member -> Authorize.Net Options -> Account Details, you will find a section where you can enable logging/debugging routines.

Once enabled, if this happens again, take a look at your log file and/or post it here so we can review it with you. You can also post those through our private contact form (recommended for log files). See: http://www.s2member.com/contact/
