The general options doesn’t seem to be displaying correctly.
Importantly, I am there is no means of adding custom registration fields.
See Below:

I am aware that this problem is going around, and there have been several posts with similar things.
From other posts there seems to be a problem with either the javascript or css.

I have done the following with no luck:

deactivated all plugins.
reset the theme to wordpress standard
removed a caching plugin and purged from system.
Remove and reinstall S2member
run the server check tool ( which came up fine)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your inquiry. ~ We appreciate your patience :-)

Are you running WordPress® from a sub-directory perhaps?
If so, did you move or copy the index.php file? Please review this article in detail.
See: http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory

Please let us know if problems persist :-)

Thanks for getting in touch!

No, it’s a completely standard installation of WordPress – no
subdirectories, nothing has been moved from it’s normal position.

I have noticed that I am getting the following, which doesn’t seem right to me…
I don’t know if its causing the problem, but if it can help diagnose the problem then I hope it helps?

Thanks

Dan

Thanks for the follow-up :-)

No, that’s normal to have that; so long as they are loading up. It sounds like they’re not though :-( Please submit a Dashboard login and we’ll run diagnostics on your installation for you.

Details received. Thank you!

I was unable to gain Dashboard access however.

Thanks for the follow-up :-)

I just investigated your configuration, and it appears there is a problem here:
WP -› Settings -› General -› Site Address (URL)

Please remove the /index.php from the end of that URL. It’s causing corruption in your .htaccess file.
