Read through my threats regarding this very same issue but couldn’t find a solution to mine.

When getting to the thank you page (CB Thank you page) I get this error message:

ERROR: Unable to verify $_SERVER[“HTTP_HOST”].
Please contact Support for assistance.

If you are the site owner, please check the custom value in your Button Code. It MUST start with your domain name.

I am using an additional parameter on the short code: here is the line:

Now I know you guys don’t support CBs upsell feature so I am not sure if thats whats causing the issue. The upsell has nothing to do with the actual membership level thats why we decided on trying it. It works from the flow perspective.

Let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks
C.

Thanks for reporting this important issue.

We’re going to need to look at your log files to understand why $_POST vars could not be verified. It actually sounds like you might be linking to ClickBank without the s2Member Shortcode?

See also: Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Buttons -› s2 Vars (Explained)

If problems persist, please post a Dashboard login privately and we’ll inspect your log files.

I have created the CB short code just as instructed and then altered it (to included the custom parameter) according to a threat here.

I will pull the Log Files and submit them. Hopefully that helps.

Hey Jason,

Your instruction to pull the Log Files seems to be missing something, or am I?

See: Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Log Files (Debug) -› s2Member® Log Viewer

If I click on “Dashboard” there is no s2Member.
If I click on the s2Member bar (left side) there is no Log File.

Please let me know, I am probably not understanding something here.

Thanks

The Log Viewer is a newer feature of s2Member. Try upgrading to the latest version of s2Member, then the Log Viewer should be available.
