I am using the “Buy Now” option to give access to a page with a form on it.

Is there a way i can push the %%txn_id%% to that page? I’d like to use it to fill in one of the form fields.

Thanks,
Dave

Sorry to bump this, guys, but i’m ripping my hair out trying to get this to work.

When the user reaches the restricted page, the URL gives this on the end:

?s2member_sp_access=fnIyOkJzSGI5OFhrM2NKZXhDT3p1VU4wbkZhQVB0RExJY3NROjNmZTJmYzg3Y2QyODhmNDQyNjM2ZDRmOWQyNDNmNWEzfCTlNbsn-iD2x80mqgjypqQghLLY8i_DR7cLeSJaFG6RSixhAGwNfwB2PZkSu4W3i6wzegfT75a0gyB2tvnX3h4

Is there a way i can change it to also display the PayPal txn_id? I’ve been through all of the files that refer to the return urls, but can’t figure it out.

I really need this number to complete my development. Hope someone can help.

Hello Dave,

I believe you would have to catch the txn_id value with some hooks, maybe, and then push it with the URL, it should be easy if you know how.

If you can’t figure out a way to do this yourself, you might be interested in hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you. You can try at websites like elance.com or jobs.wordpress.net.

Hope this helps. :)

No worries Eduan, thanks for the response. Due to a deadline, i’ve had to go back to my non-s2member method and just keep s2 for the memberships.

Cheers,
Dave
