Gettiing an already paid error with purchases

I am having random users that get an error that they already paid for the membership (or invoice) when trying to sign up to one of my clients site here: http://www.litteratout.com/register-2/ The issue is I can’t replicate the problem but it’s happening to a lot of people. What could be the issue? i can’t find anyone with the same issues. I tuned off my caching plugin and people are still having problems. They are completely new users too. Any help would be appreciated. I am tearing out my hair over this.

Can anyone help me out we are still having this issue. Is there anything I should be looking for in the logs maybe?
