I just switched to the Google checkout from PayPal. I reinstalled the buttons, appears correctly. Someone just purchased a training course and didn’t get the custom capabilities added to their user profile and, therefore, had no instant access to the videos.

I had plenty of PayPal buyers with no problems in the past. What is the difference that I would need to know about Google plugin verse PayPal.

Please advise, I don’t want this to happen in the future.

Hi Elizabeth.

Could you post the shortcode you’re using for the Google buttons?

Also, could you post the log entries for these transactions were the user had a problem? x’ing out any private info (e.g. email address, last name). Look in all the log files for the related entries, including the PayPal ones, please. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Google® Checkout Options -› Account Details -› Logging[/hilite]

Thanks!

Unfortunately, logging wasn’t enabled.

I see. OK, keep it enabled and, if it happens again, please post the related entries from all the log files, x’ing out any private info, so we take a look. :)

Okay. I’ll watch the next order to make sure they get the access or not. Thanks.
